Changing my delivery schedule
Your contraception will already be on an automatic schedule to deliver to you 2 weeks before you run out. But, there are various reasons why you might need to change that schedule (e.g. if you skip the sugar pill, or if you took a break from the pill for a few weeks).
If you want to change your delivery schedule, Go to your profile and click the “Manage Order” button on your prescription plan. From there, you have two options:
I want to refill my prescription NOW
By clicking on this option, we will create an order for your contraception immediately and charge the card that is on your profile.
I want to reschedule my next prescription delivery
By clicking on this option, you can delay your order from your original next delivery date by either 2 weeks or 1 month.
