OTC and OTC Subscription
As we are still working towards improving the management of your Subscription, we're unfortunately unable to update your card details for your subscription at this time. In this situation, please know you're able to cancel your current subscription via your Kin profile.
Once you have cancelled, you are of course more than welcome to re-subscribe or make a one-off purchase of the product with your new details - whichever option works best for you.
If you would like to change your payment details of your Pill Membership, please follow the instructions below:
- Log into your Kin Profile
- Click Billing Details
- Click Edit
- Update your payment details
- Click Save
