How do I change my delivery address?

If you would like to change your delivery address of a product that did not require a practitioner consult, please send a message to our Patient Support team here, and they will be able to update this for you.

 

Membership

If you would like to change your delivery address of your Pill Membership, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Log into your Kin Profile
  2. Click Shipping Details
  3. Click Edit
  4. Update your address
  5. Click Save
