How do I process a failed payment?

You’ll be notified if your payment method has failed via the email attached to your account.

If you need to change your payment details,

  1. Log into your profile
  2. 'Edit' your Billing details.
  3. The system will attempt to charge your card in 2 days.
  4. Once payment is received you will receive a confirmation email.

If after 4 attempts your payment method is still unsuccessful, your account will be temporarily suspended.
