Your contraception is automatically scheduled to process 2 weeks in advance to ensure you do not run out of your pill. However, there are various reasons why you might need to change your schedule (e.g. if you require your repeat earlier than the scheduled are, or you would like to temporarily take a break from the pill).
If you want to change your delivery schedule, Go to your profile and click the 'Manage Order' button on your prescription plan. From there, you have two options:
1. Refill my prescription now
By clicking 'Send Repeat Now', we will immediately charge the card on your profile and process your next repeat order.
2. Reschedule my next prescription delivery
By clicking 'Delay', you can delay your next order from the originally scheduled date by 2 weeks or 1 month.
