Your contraception is automatically scheduled to process 2 weeks in advance to ensure you do not run out of your pill. However, there are various reasons why you might need to change your schedule.
If you want to change your delivery schedule, Go to your profile and click the 'Manage Order' button on your prescription plan. From there, you have two options:
1. Refill my prescription now
By clicking 'Send Repeat Now', we will immediately charge the card on your profile and process your next repeat order.
Please note: You’re only able to utilise the ‘Send Repeat Now’ button if you’re 50% or more through your previous pill order. If you would like to process a refill before you’re 50% through your previous order, please reach out to our support team through the Submit a Request button at the top of this page.
2. Reschedule my next prescription delivery
By clicking 'Delay', you can delay your next order from the originally scheduled date by 2 weeks or 1 month.
If you have a specific date in mind, please use the Submit a Request button at the top of this page and we’ll reschedule that for you!
