If you need to update your information at any time, simply log into your Kin profile and update your details. Please note, you’ll be able to change your:
- Name
- Password
- Delivery address
- Billing details
If you wish to change your email address, please reach out to our support team through the Submit a Request button at the top of this page and we’ll sort this out for you! We will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to ensure the information you provide us is up to date and accurate.
Note: The following information only applies to the Pill membership. If you wish to update your details for an over the counter subscription (Prenatal, Postnatal, etc) please message our Patient Support team here.
