Now that I have my referral, when should I do my blood test?

If you’re testing for any of the ovulation hormones (E2, FSH, or LH), we highly recommend you wait until Day 2-5 of your period cycle to do the test as your hormones fluctuate throughout your monthly cycle.

To find days 2-5, count Day 1 as the first day of your full flow that starts before 5 pm. If you haven’t had your period for the last 3 months, please take your test at any time.

If you’re not testing for any of the ovulation hormones (E2, FSH, or LH), you can take your test at any time.

If you're still unsure, please reach out to our support team through the Submit a Request button at the top of this page.
