In order to cancel your Prenatal subscription, simply follow the steps below:
- Log into your Kin Profile, and scroll to the 'Ongoing subscriptions' section.
- Click the 'Manage' button on the active subscription you would like to cancel.
- Click ‘Cancel plan’ for the subscription that you wish to cancel, and then make sure to confirm the cancellation.
Please know that if you would ever like to restart your subscription, you can easily do so by making another purchase of our Prenatal bundle and creating a new subscription.
Unfortunately, we are unable to update or modify your subscription. If you experience any issues cancelling your subscription or would like to update your details, please reach out to our support team through the Submit a Request button at the top of this page.
