The Belly Band can be worn directly on the skin and hidden under clothes or on top of clothes. It should fit snug with constant pressure on the belly, but without any impact on breathing, circulation or discomfort in your ribs.
- Wrap the large band around the lower back and overlap the velcro sides at the front of your tummy to stick in place.
- Overlap the small bands and tighten until you feel supported but still comfortable.
