Similar to an in-person collection of your pill, our dispensing team need to confirm your medical history and provide you with the right medical support before safely dispensing the contraceptive pill. We do this to ensure that you receive the right medical advice and support before starting your pill with us!
Due to the high volume of safety checks we conduct daily, we highly advise calling back the Pharmacy at a different time if you're experiencing issues. The Pharmacy team are available every weekday between 9am - 6pm AEST, and the number is (02) 7228 9114.
