Kin's refund policy for the Pill Membership and Over the Counter products

For Kin Contraception Memberships
The Kin Contraception Membership includes an annual fee of $79 from the date you initially signed up. Your membership will automatically renew every 12 months, unless cancelled.

You may cancel your membership at any time. Your membership will expire at the end of your membership period and will not renew. There are two ways to cancel your membership:
1. Via your Kin account, per these instructions
2. By reach out to our support team through the Submit a Request button at the top of this page

When you cancel your membership, you will not be charged for and will not receive future orders under the membership. If your membership is not cancelled before the cutoff time (11:59pm the day before the membership renewal date), it will be automatically renewed. After this cutoff period, we do not offer refunds.

For Kin Contraception Prescription Orders
Your payment for your Contraceptive Pill will be billed at regular intervals as described during the checkout process, until your treatment plan is complete or your membership is cancelled. All prices listed are inclusive of GST and shipping costs where relevant.

Generally, we are not able to issue refunds for orders on the day they are processed. Subject to rights that cannot be waived under Australian Consumer Law, cancellations after the Refund Cutoff Time will not be eligible for a refund.

The Refund Cutoff Time is 11:59pm the day before the applicable order processing date of your membership.

In some circumstances, if you cancel your order after the Refund Cutoff Time, you may receive a refund. These circumstances are:
a. Our partner pharmacy cannot fulfil your order due to lack of stock
b. A product or pricing error is identified
c. A product is faulty

If you are eligible for a refund, it will be made using the payment method you used for the original transaction. We cannot process refunds to alternative cards or payment methods.

For over the counter products (E.g. The Prenatal, Pregnancy OTC products and Postpartum OTC products)

As per our terms and conditions, we do not accept returns on these items due to a change of mind.

Once orders have been sent out, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to strict guidelines. If you think your product is faulty, please reach out to our support team through the Submit a Request button at the top of this page.
